Mindfulness Day Retreat Edinburgh (cLICK HERE)


Day Retreat is a silent day of mindfulness practice, with guided teaching throughout. In the ordinary busyness, we rarely have opportunities to step back, quieten, and reflect. Day Retreats offer the time and space to be with ourselves in a guided and supported format, away from the demands of life and work.

A series of different practices, from the body scan to mindful movement, offers the possibility of observing the ebb and flow of experience and investigating with curiosity and friendliness whatever may be present in mind and body.

A full day of practice is a valuable source of support and revitalisation in on going mindfulness practice.

Date: Fourth Saturday of each month starting June 2020
Time: 11am to 4.00pm (GMT)
Cost: £45/ £30 concession/ £0 for current participants

8 week online mindfulness based cognitive training (cLICK HERE)


The ability to be conscious of when we are living on automatic pilot. To notice when we are reacting to, and feeding negative behaviours. These things are rarely taught. Learn to recognise when you are and how best to respond and take care of yourself.

In the sessions, Avinash will explain the core principles of mindfulness. He'll lead practices and discussions to help participants develop their skills. As well as offering tools, and advice on maintaining their own personal practice.

Date: Eight Mondays, starting from 30th March 2020
Time: 7 pm to 8.30 pm (GMT)
Cost: £200

The situation with the COVID-19 virus is changing daily. We have taken the step to cancel all in person drop ins and courses. All our scheduled courses will continue to run, but these will now run online. We will be running a series of new online courses as well as drop in sessions which you can learn more about and book here.
