STEP 1: TASTER SESSION :We encourage you all to attend our taster sessions prior to any mindfulness training.

STEP 2: EIGHT WEEK FOUNDATION COURSE


This course will include training in the same mindfulness practices with a more in-depth exploration of the principles involved, including guidance in how to face challenging events, sensations, moods and social interactions. The structure and content of this course stems primarily from the internationally successful Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy syllabus.

As well as the regular basic techniques, the home practice will include some observational exercises and the participants will be invited to share their experience of the practices through a formal mindful dialogue.

The course will also include a longer additional session, held on a Saturday, in which those attending will have the chance to practice together for longer in silence and to learn two new complementary meditation techniques.

People who have attended this course have generally found that they learn how to deal with their stress better and are able to enjoy a calmer, more detached perspective on their thoughts and feelings as well as a more vibrant appreciation of their present physical sensations.

STEP 3: ten week FOLLOW-ON COURSES


The ten week Follow-On Course is very suitable as the next step after completing the eight week course. These courses are for all those who are at an early stage in developing mindfulness, but it is also appropriate for those who want support their on-going development in mindfulness and take their practice, understanding and experience deeper.


This follow-on training is intended for the all participants who are willing and have already engaged in an eight week mindfulness course with any teacher/organisation. The course will be a highly interactive, collaborative and participatory learning experience. Our intention is to create a group process that feels safe and trustworthy and an open, spacious learning environment, which will encourage spontaneity and creativity​.

The Mindfulness training we offer, provides an excellent foundation for understanding and practising mindfulness in a direct practical way, both within a group setting and at home by oneself.
