These 'drop in,' mindfulness classes are especially suitable to people who have already attended the Eight Week Foundation Course and feel that they could benefit from further support and inspiration.
A typical session will include a guided mindfulness meditation, mindful walking, a brief mindful dialogue and a shorter session of the kindness meditation.
